I don't know about any of you but I struggled with the Dewey Decimal System in elementary school. One of my aunts was the school librarian and I was also scared of her because she made me find books the hard way. I'm sorry but as a little kid finding a book by PS 3525.G930G6 is not the easiest way to find a book. And I'm not gonna lie as an adult it's not that much easier (there's also no one to help me if I get lost!)
But I have to brag about myself for just a minute. I have now found TWO books in the USU Library using the DDS. That's right TWO. Don't worry there are only 5 levels filled with books.
I thought my aunt was crazy for making me learn how to search for a book that way. I just knew I would never ever in my entire life use the DDS to search for anything. Guess I was wrong.
Hmmm I guess school wasn't as worthless as I thought!

Nice job! Though, USU uses the Library of Congress Classification system. Not sure about elementary schools - I think some are DDC and some are LCC.
Way to go! I would never be able to do that.
