Wild Rice and Chicken Soup

 Since the temperature was suppose to dip into the single digits last night, I thought why not make a soup? It started out fine, and then everything just went wrong.
 
I don't think soup is suppose to stick like that...













  It sort of had the consistency of brick mortar 














 It actually didn't taste that bad, but it sure was thick going down.

I think that call that "stick-to-you-ribs" soup. :)

I believe that, in college, I was part of a coalition that made a soup that has been since only referred to as the "Pot of Death". And for the record - I did not steal Kyle's chicken.
